Our Story
Every great preschool starts with a belief. Ours started with a simple one: children deserve a place where they feel safe, loved, and excited to learn.
We believe children deserve a place where they feel safe, encouraged, and excited to learn. A place where curiosity is celebrated, relationships come first, and childhood is filled with wonder.
That belief became Orange Daisy.
Why We Started
Before Orange Daisy, I worked in early childhood education and saw firsthand how much children are capable of learning during these important early years. But I also found myself dreaming about what a preschool could feel like.
I imagined a place that felt warm and welcoming from the moment families walked through the door. A place where children were free to explore, ask questions, get messy, celebrate different cultures, spend time outdoors, and simply enjoy being children.
More than anything, I wanted to create a place where children felt excited to come each morning and left each day knowing they were loved, encouraged, and capable of amazing things.
So I decided to build it.
Growing Along the Way
Orange Daisy has grown in many ways since those first days, and so have I.
Every year has taught us something new. We've listened to families, refined our curriculum, introduced new traditions, expanded our cultural learning experiences, and continued looking for ways to make Orange Daisy an even better place for children to learn and grow.
We're proud of how far we've come, but we believe there's always room to learn, improve, and dream even bigger.
What Matters Most
While classrooms, curriculum, and activities are important, they aren't what make Orange Daisy special.
The heart of our preschool has always been the relationships we build with children and their families.
One of the greatest joys has been watching children who once walked through our doors as preschoolers grow into kind, confident, curious young people. Many of those families remain part of the Orange Daisy community today, and staying connected through the years is one of the greatest compliments we could ever receive.
Those relationships remind us why we started—and why we continue to love what we do every day.
